2. Rental price:

• Rental price is calculated per day, per kilometer or per tour.
• Rental price includes: Driver's salary, fuel, vehicle insurance, toll fees, parking fees...
• Rental price does not include: Driver's meals and accommodation, entrance fees, sightseeing fees...

3. Rental conditions:

• Customers need to have a valid driver's license.
• Customers need to make a deposit before renting a car.
• Customers need to pay the full rental fee before receiving the car.

4. Vehicle usage regulations:

• Customers are kindly requested to use the vehicle for its intended purpose and not for illegal purposes.
• Customers are kindly requested to take good care of the vehicle and not smoke inside the vehicle.
• Customers are kindly requested to return the vehicle on time and at the agreed location.

5. Service cancellation policy:

• Customers are kindly requested to notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to receive a 100% refund.
• Customers who cancel within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle will lose 50% of the fee.
• Customers who cancel after receiving the vehicle will not be refunded.

Travel Tour Policy

My Tam Travel provides all-inclusive travel tour services with many attractive destinations in Vietnam and abroad.

1. Tour types:

• Domestic tours: Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc...
• International tours: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea...
• Customized tours: Customers can choose destinations, itineraries, transportation...

2. Tour price:

• Tour price is calculated per person, per group or per tour.
• Tour price includes: Airfare/train/car tickets, hotels, meals, entrance fees, tour guides...
• Tour price does not include: Visa fees (if any), shopping fees, personal expenses...

3. Conditions for joining the tour:

• Customers need to provide full personal information.
• Customers need to make a deposit before joining the tour.
• Customers need to pay the full tour fee before departure.

4. Tour cancellation policy:

• Customers are kindly requested to notify us of cancellations at least 14 days in advance to receive a 100% refund.
• Customers who cancel within 14 days of departure will lose 50% of the fee.
• Customers who cancel after departure will not be refunded.
